OANA Namibia was my first company and grew into one of Namibia’s most successful expedition ventures. Following the pandemic, we closed the business and went on to launch ORKCA.

I built ORKCA from the ground up into what is now one of the largest rewilding initiatives in Southern Africa. I bring over a decade of experience in taking ideas from concept to fully established, thriving organisations in the field. Today, ORKCA operates from offices in Windhoek and on the ground, supported by a team of 15, and has secured funding to acquire and protect over 160,000 hectares of land.

My experience spans securing seed and project funding, land acquisition for conservation, team building, leadership, relationship development, brand creation, and large-scale visioning—along with the practical steps required to bring that vision to life.
